| IMO: worst range in Singapore. 1. Mandai range (beside executive course) - range mat is very thin and balls are dirty used ball instead of range ball) 2. Green fairways (taman jurong) - mat is very thin and balls dirty. Last time I went there they were using mbgc range balls but in bad condition. Makes me think they buy the worn out range balls from mbgc. 3. Punggol range - ground is not grass but carpeted. U get insane bounce when the ball lands. | |

Because of this it's difficult to tell the distance you are hitting with each club. I also suspect that punggol range is in yards as the distance sign board seems nearer. Hence my dislike for the range. However I still go there when I'm too lazy to go to mbgc or occ as its just opposite my place.

| Greefairways is at the bottom of my list. The place is quite run down, the balls are dirty. Ball machines not working, only one machine works. If you play at the basement, plenty of ants underneath of the mat. But I started my golf lesson there, it's a place that I'll always remember | |

| I must agree Green Fairways (Jurong) is quite bad. But it used to be cheap; 100 balls @$2 off peak. That may explain why it's bearable.... but Price has gone up double;100 balls @$4 now, same as MBGC. But conditions in MBGC are way superior. Maybe when biz drop, they may revert to the old price. Old place should be old price, agree. | |

| imho greenfairway@old turf club & bishan are the bottom lot of driving range. Don't like the atmosphere at bishan, too much noise in the evening
especially with next door player swing his driver in your face!

| Green Fairways is getting worse due to the fact that they contract is always sign for 6 month lease for since a two year . Now if you go on saturday or sunday during peak hour you got to wait 30min to an hour to get ball because don't bother buying extra balls ....
And the sign and ball quality let say are bad . I only go their due to my coach

| can't agree more, was there couple of months back for warm up at greenfairway before 9-holes session. By the time i am done hitting my basket of range already sianZ -half hitting clunky balls that sputter all over the place(got to be my lousy swing). not much mood to tee after that. | |

| Surprisingly balls at Green Fairways are much cleaner now compared to Home Team range in Bt Batok. Maybe new mgmt charge double for balls so can afford a cleaning machine now or maybe a few more workers to wash balls. Be warned though; it is $7 per 100 balls after 2pm; I think it's a rip off considering what they provide..... Nothing beats MBGC; new balls, nice & clean & refreshing........... Still like MBGC even though only been once hehehe... | |

| stopped by Keppel driving range yesterday ... the range looks pretty good and balls quality are good as well. Since I was early for my appointment around pasir panjang area, decided to hit some balls and told the counter that I will only use it 1 time. Total damage .... more than $14 for 63 balls + car park fee. They charged me $10 for 63 balls.
Is this the normal price for non-members at off peak hour (around 4pm)?

| i go to greenfairways (off eng neo) cos it is super near for me after dropping off my kid at nearby preschool BUT the matt, ball machine and quality of balls sucks. balls are usually already yellowish brown but one day, the machine spew out muddy balls. i took the entire bucket ($3 for 60 balls @9am) to the pro shop and they obliged by giving me a full basket of better washed balls (but still dripping wet ). their reason for muddy balls was because it rained heavily the day before. | |

| I see a lot of ppl bashing green fairways. I actually rather like the place because:
1- free and ample car park 2- can park your car and walk 5 steps to the practice mat 3- "rustic" environment, which i find to be very comfortable and not to "atas" 4- not too crowded (compared to Marina Bay madness) 5- although there are some old crappy balls, they recently bought a batch of srixon range balls. these balls are better than the Marina Bay balls, which I find to be too light. You might get 60-70% "new" srixon balls and the rest a mixed bag of older srixons and some totally shit balls that u just chip away... 6- pro shop is pretty decent with friendly staff (except the old chinese guy) 7- can get beer from the cafe in the corner and have happy hour range session after work 8- very relaxed and u can have a ciggy anytime to chill dafuk out after u shanked 5 balls in a row 9- quite affordable, sgd 30 for 11 credits, which is 660 balls if you play off peak, 495 balls if you play peak hours.

It has the location and serenity.. But, everything else to me sucks big time... Even the mat, not sure if u guys noticed it, its not level, its slightly slanted...
I'm just curious to hear what the owners feel about all these negative feedbacks..
