my long irons really cannot

Just walk into any golf academy in any range lah, surely u know where? It come down to where your game to be. Even pros always had a coach at all times.
IMHO, it's better to invest the $$$ on a coach then keep changing equipments.

Try GL at Toa Payoh Range.

He put some consistency in my swing in the past year.  PM me if you want his contact.

My flight mates last thursday also told to look for justin to tune my irons... would 1-1 better or 2? Have never seen a coach before.

Good advice all-round in the posts above.

Getting a swing constructed on proper fundamentals, regardless whether long iron or hybrids, via coaching or (for the very determined and obstinate with tons of time on their hands) self-study, will enhance the enjoyment and longevity of the game.

That is a symptom of poor weight transfer during the downswing ...
