I have to agree. The Classic 290 is a beast. But I'm trying out the G25 now.
Have you tried the Cleveland Classic XL Custom? no such luck yet. you bought? Yup. But it may be too much club for me. I got the 9* with the 6M3 Matrix Black Tie Stiff. You want to buy from me?

Now gaming with VR Tour 10.5 with PX6.0, very happy with the feel and result.
Waiting for my new VR Pro Lmt Edt with Diamana and VRS Covert non Tour to arrive, will play with stock shaft after fail to handle tour ad. Ken, I have the same issue with the Tour AD DI 6s shaft. Couldn't launch it to save my life. The BB is easier to launch.
However, get your swing checked out. Per my previous post, I believe that a sounder swing will be able to exploit the benefits of aftermarket shafts more. My out to in, downward AOA swing can never take advantage of ANY aftermarket shafts.
A few days ago, while working on the driver at the range, my coach gave me a tip which allowed me to launch the ball higher and eliminated the hook. As such, my current driver/shaft combo seems to be longer. Still working on solidifying this swing change but it seems to be working out quite well so far.
To correct the swing, it can never be done on the course. Range practice is still the best. Absolutely agree is swing problem, not the shaft. Looking forward to game with u, next Sat likely to play JGCC.

| Hi bros, qn to all those using CG black. R u referring to the stock shaft CKua or aftermarket shaft? The CKua is very light, no?
I used to have a Maruman but found that it was too light and I tend to hook. Currently I am using a 60gm shaft. Thinking of the CG black as my swing speed is reducing. old man liao!
TIA for all feedback | |

| Over here in Canada, the best drivers I've tested are the Taylormade R9 and definitely the Titleist 913D2.
I also really liked the R11S too, but definitely the first 2 are my favorites!

It's the stock limited edition one that came with the driver. 46 inches long and S flex too, which I find still a little softer than the R flex stock shaft on my Yamaha Inpres X 4.6D. Good enough for me, my driver swing speed is even slower than Golfool, just 85mph.
