| Played there yesterday. New buggy is better than before.
Have this group of golfer before us which playing dangerously.
1st they are having 5 golfer in a flight playing all at once.
2nd they tee off without considering the safety of the flight in front. Ball landed a one meter from flight partner. We shouted back but was ignored and continue to tee Off.
If any of the brothers here are on that flight, please be more considerate.

| I hv seen this group before they some time play 5-6 golfers together.
Whereas my flight is alway 2 ball, we play fast if they are infront of us we normally overtake them.
Yes new buggy is smooth and no sound unlike the old buggy noisy and smelly worth paying the extra dollar.

| I gave up my poresia membership 2 years ago as I found the courses unkept and the club house not well maintained. I practically returned my membership cards to Poresia and cut lost on the S$3k membership fee that I paid 5 years earlier.
Found the courses somewhat challenging with lots of blind spots which made leisure golf unpleasant. Roughs were also very long, once you are in there be prepared to play another provision ball.
I took up Palm Resort member thereafter and had been enjoying my weekly games at the 3 courses.

| Thanks Quest,
buggy on course in Palm Resort?
Just had a game in Ponderosa yesterday and nearly died playing with the walking from buggy and back to it.

Palm resort is buggy on course. Buggy on track nearly die? U should try JGCC, full walking course bringing golf back to where and how it should be played.

| Let's write in to Poresia and suggest to revert to old days, buggy on track better. Course condition will also be better. But we know it's useless as the Japanese Management won't bother to take action unless the Japanese golfers complain.
Look at the new buggy. Got sand bottle and ball cleaner and yet it was not filled with sand and water.
Give it another 2 months and the buggy will look old again. Maintenance people not doing their job properly.

| TDO, you play weekly at Poresia?
I do mostly Sat AM with my kakis, with the occasional Sun AM game.

| Near to 2nd Link, Need lots of maintenance, Green doesn't look like green, very slow green speed.
The only thing I think worth considering is because not too much crowd. You won't be pressurized by the flights behind you.

| Don't get into the rough, you won't be laughing if you do because you:
a) Might not be able to find it due to the long "laugh" (rough).
b) Might have a problem hacking the ball back to the fairway if you attempt to "on" and the final "laugh" would be on the player.
c) Might find a snake in it. I personally saw a 1.5m Black Cobra while I was playing on Sunday 19 May 2013 at Sakura Course Par 5 Hole (cannot remember but it's the 2nd Par 5. I was about to hit my 3rd shot to the green near the water when this slippery fella slither from the rough near the buggy track and race straight by me ( I was shocked, obviously) and into the rough near the water. Told my kakis about it and pointed to them but they couldn't see it. Damned I was a bit slow to take a picture of it.
So whenever your ball lands in the rough, don't laugh laugh hor. You might not know what lurks below. (Sometimes you might be able to find other people's lost balls too, if you are lucky).

| With the bad haze High PSI School holidays traffic jam Poresia Guard house under renovation seem no end like take more than 6 months to renovate the Guard House and golfers got take a 5km detour, previously 200metre to club house. At least open one small road for the convenience of golfers playing at Poresia.
This is very discouraging...meantime stop golfing at Poresia till situation gets better!
