Yes can walk in . Rm 127 . Course is nice but not mature yet .

it was RM250 for Sat mornings

Course is in pretty good condition. 
the changing room is awesome - a little dim though.

Pretty challenging course and buggy strictly on track. Just played there on Saturday, 3rd Oct 2015.

Thanks to the info shared by several bros, I managed to had a wonderful game at Austin Hills yesterday. Price per pax is around $127RM for am game.

Condition is good and course is very challenging.  Lost too many balls that I lost count. This is definitely one course that I would look forward to playing again. Was told that they are arranging for caddies to be avail next month.

Current condition of club house is good. However, I dont think it would be for a long time as the maintenance seems bad. Enjoy while you can!

Very frustrating course, you need a cool head here. Played a tournament there recently, pin positions are nuts with crazy run offs on the greens.

Austin and Cempaka Palm Resort are prob the most challenging in JB.

Nice course but buggy on track. Quite tiring. But nice shower room

Played this early am 3 balls, buggy surcharge for single ridder, total RM399 for 3.

Well worth the green fees as IMHO this is one of the best course in Johore. Very tough from back tees with fast greens. We played white instead and did enjoy the easier first time challenge.

IMO, one of the most hilly course in JB.  Would be nice once the green matures

Any bros played there recently? I just called to try booking and they wanted credit card information. But did not give due security concerns.

I was there about 3 weeks ago. Had my booking done through email, and they also requested for my credit number and expiry date. 

At that time, I didn't think too much into it, so I just gave it to them. So far I have not seen any fraudulent charges.

Walk in last week for a game there without booking . Caddy is available there already. This course layout is challenging and very hilly, green condition have to knock putts in rather than roll.given the price paid that include caddy horizon will be way much more better IMHO.
