| Quick question DGman,
Rounded leading edge is better at picking the ball off a tight lie (bare ground for example) than squarer?

haizzzzzzzz It's been a hectic two years since, now trying to train la, can or not bro? I still no match for your much vaunted skills, how to give you any fight when I still can't launch my irons? Especially when I witnessed your prowess for myself during our last game at NSRCC. Driver only now starting to find fairway again you know. When I can put a decent round of ballstriking together, we shall play. That is how much I see you up.

| in truth rounded edge is good for most players...
one do not have to worry as much to get the lie perfect and its friendlier on mishit, however taking into account that the visual comfort is the first order of gaining confidence. we have to amend the design slightly to accommodate golfer's preference. we have also added a bevel on the leading edge on the sole to compensate for the slight change on the squarer leading edge.
With the position of the sweet spot and the ground to hosel depth, its still going to be a wedge that perform to our expectations.
DGman
PS if you look at a trusty rusty, thats a rounded edge for you.

| Got the 59* last night, shaft it up and hit a few at the Trackman. We happened to had a top amateur in the ahop last night. The verdict is great, even at D0 swing weight (35 inch playing length, DG Spinner Wedge) it does perform great.
The lack of weight was apparent, but it was offset by its performance. I was really considering to add a few lead tape, but I remembered DGman's design purpose on those wedges. So I let it play at such a low siwng weight until I take it to the course and see how it actually performs on the green. My main concern is on half-swing and 3/4-swing, but I won't give out verdict until I try it myself on the course as DGman's design usually surprised me and (worst of all) proved me wrong in all accounts.
On looks, I think it is really slick and simple. Personally, I do not prefer one that look really busy especially at address. It does feel soft at impact and I can see it spins a ton.
Gotta wait 'till tomorrow, but it looks promising.

| if you use it on a KBS or FST Hi-Rev, you will get a bit more swing weight and less total weight. DG spinner tends to load more weight on the butt end.
especially if you swing with your left hand, the lack of swing weight is actually going to help you even more.
enjoy cos the new e-drawings are on its way and we can show folks where we have made the changes.

| Slicer51, that is exactly the problem. Some tried and failed because a good fitter is not only about providing you quality stuffs with the best machineries and equipment available in the market. It is also about the guys running the shop. The eyes to watch your swing and the knowledge of the equipment to offer you a solution as well as the hands crafting and assembilng the clubs. We are not ready in all regards but the hands.
We cannot compromise our reputations for a little more business over there. We will hold the plan and wait to do so until we are ready.
Sprry, bro. For the mean time, you might have to travel to Singapore or Jakarta for a quality fitting.
