I have been hunting around for a Scotty putter around Far East Shopping Centre. I noticed some shops carry Scotty with a hologram on the shaft while others don't. Can I know if there is a difference? Thanks.

Thanks for your question. Clubs with the hologram sticker have been sold to the shop by Acushnet Singapore, and we can attest to their authenticity. Clubs without the sticker, may still be authentic, but have not reached the shop through Acushnet Singapore, and as such we are unable to confirm authenticity. This is not to say they are not authentic, but we would advise you are more cautious when buying these clubs and make sure you check with the shop as to where they got the clubs and the authenticity. Thanks for the prompt reply. Am I correct to said that those without the hologram are parallel imported? Having said, if I would to get a Scotty from a reputable shop in US, it will not have a hologram/sticker?

Yes, that is correct. The stickers are only put on in South East Asia. Do let us know if you have any further questions.

Went to one of the authorized dealers, they do not carry and mentioned need special order directly from Titleist.

I have a 2002 Scotty Studio and would like to send the club for refurbishment. Can I send it to you here in SG instead of shipping overseas direct to Scotty?

Also, are you able to let me know if you can "matt out" the top of the putter as it is way too glaring in the sun.....As you know, this is the original ,black shiny gun oil coloured head.

Thanks for your questions. Yes, you can have the putter sent to us here in Singapore and we will arrange for it to be refurbished. What you should do is take it back to the shop you bought it at and have them send it to us. We will then refurbish it to its original condition. Unfortunately we won't be able to do any custom stamping, nor matt out the top. The putter will be returned to you in as close to original condition as possible.

I f you do want to look at custom stamping or any other options, you would need to send the putter direct to the Scotty Studio in the US.

Is there any retailer in SG who sell only the club heads instead of the irons with shafts ?

I have a 910D2 with the stock Diamana Kai'li 65 mid S flex shaft. Unfortunately the shaft broke so I'm looking to replace it and get fitted with one of the custom options. There are a lot of options available, is there a Titleist fitter in Singapore who has all or most of these shafts in stock to try?

I bought a set of AP2. Started out without head covers, till one month later when I realised that the surface gets scratched easily. Performance wise, no issue. Just dont like the deep gouges.. anyway to repair them? Say polish?
