| This time, it was much better as we are able to get a teeoff after the arrival of sunlight. As like previous, I was very lucky to be shortlisted and eventually enlisted into a flight of real fun and fighter-spirited golfers; #1 Asahi, #2 PushSlice and #3 Mloy where of the 3, only had played with Mloy once prior. To all 3, thank you and appreciate your company for a great day. OK, back to golf….. @ Asahi…one damm good golfer…very steady…but definitely the putting stood out….bro…I am still shocked !!! @ PushSlice…wat can I say..seeing is believing..fantastic swing…after watching you drive, I seriously believe there is a flaw in Newton’s Law of Gravity…as it does not apply to your drives….coz its so far….!!!! Just like my previous encounter at the same course…it was tough…..playing Sixes was tough…matching the Saddam-ee was even tougher… Originally I tot I only need to improve my driving, long game, mid irons, long irons, short game and putting....But after the game, I realized I DEFINITELY need to improve what I tot I need to improve for my driving, long game, mid irons, long irons, short game and putting Few key learnings which I had learnt where they surfaced out during our game…hahaha: 1. If cannot putt well, then chip closer !!!! 2. If a bad drives and still on fairway, consider one to be very bless becos bad swing can still go fairway 3. Never Never NEVER…say that one got chance to win, when your opponents duff or over-hit their chip !!!! (PS this is more for Mloy....hahahahahah ) 4. LASTLY……this is for me..personally…..have faith in your flt mate….(sorry Mloy…. ) Thanks to all again…and also Poresia and Corn and 2 other golfers on flight ahead for the great Sat…. PS: @ Mloy..didn’t comment about yor game coz we all know liao. | |

You are so right. Duval is just being modest. Btw, he was the only one with birdie that day hor. Some more it was a 30 foot putt which Tiger would have been proud of. Anyway, Duval's game is one of steady and consistency. Can hardly see him hitting one real bad shot. Even if he was in the treacherous Poresia rough, he still can get it out without problem. @Duval, me cannot be classified in the category of 'good' lah. I am still finding my way in this mysterious game they called golf. My drives are not smtg I can be proud of lah, not as long as I wish it can be, so still figuring out how to hit it like pushslice amongst other long hitters. Hence the 1 hr range practice earlier hitting the driver. As for my putting, it is not there yet. Had 3-4 missed putts much to my dismay. Was so affected that I went down to the Den to arm myself with a new weapon. hahahahaha Hopefully this will better my putting. Anyway, here's a shout out to my flightmates for the Poresia game. It was an excellent day out with you guys. Lots of funny moments like how Duval put it. But my fave has got to be when 1 golfer asked, "How to putt better?" Answer given by another golfer was, "Chip it nearer lor!" hahahahaha....

| Brudder, pls dun start rumors, I'm just average. Slinger, Zhenxua, WMF, Ghoonk, Yarra now they are long. JBlow, Shamusan, Alvin, Jude: they are beastly long.
As usual, Duval is just being "croc-a-humble", btw he didnt loose any of the sixes, so you guess how he fared with the rest of us.
Asahi is the best gr-ian (not from star division) i have seen with the flatstick. Hands down. You know when you play with an old guy, who hits it shorter than you but hits every green, one-putts and kick your ass after you look at the end score? That's Asahi. Only that he has physique of Men's health cover.

| great that u guys have a great day at poresia. too bad that i was in another flight n missed all the fun.
also glad that Asahi found his swing.
Think Corn wanna go back to PORESIA and play again. Impressed by his long drive but as i always said, PORESIA is a different course bcos u need to be long and straight n composed.
Are we going to refund MLoy her buggy fees?

Dearest Shi-Fu, commenting on my own game will not be appropriate lah....whats there to say.... Can only do half swing Driving..cross red-tee all the time Chipping...lucky most times putting...layup sometimes... Not a colorful golfer with flair. Other than 2 wayward 'banana left' drives.......did some tweak to my swing.(courtesy of CoastGuy's tip on way to grip and coupled that with PP's tip on setup previously)...pretty comfortable with my 'limited ability' game now OVerall , I think I am better prepared for Kranji than the last time we played. See you tomorrorw.... Yours Fan-fully.....just me 'D'

| He was wiser this time round; did not Cheong the hole and did a nice layup. But the approach shot went into water. | |

Regards, as usual, the layup off the tee was....within my expectation...in fact it was perfect ....nice flat lie.....hor say liao !!! and noticed blue pin....hor say liao.!!!!..so no need to worry about hitting short and ball go back to water before green....... THEN, grab my newly acquired 48deg Titleist Wedge which the brand has been used by many top golfers......choke down abit..and pitch it....distance was good.....BUT NB....was too greedy...went for the pin and i don think i pull the ball but more of bad alignment.....ball went left and did not bounce right...but went left...and then when water .....sian liao !!!!! come out with a triple bog.......sighhhhhh!!!

| did your tee shot land on the right of fairway?
did u notice that the fairway slope right to left?
that's why mostly the ball will go left!

I'm very keen to play again. Let's work out a date and we shall make a friendly visit to Sakura again.
