NSRCC really getting too crowded. Hard to get slot even if u standby PC at 555 pm....

Wah, the crowded factor is really a concern...

I was looking at joining NSRCC and to get my handicap from them as well...

If not for the crowded factor , NSRCC is really quite value for money

Seems like you guys have played there for some time... whats your take? worthwhile to sign up for membership? I am considering to take up the current promo rate for 5 years at $4K.
Is it possible to get weekend slot? am or pm are ok for me on weekends... weekdays is rather hard due to work.

weekend membership is a waste of money unless you know someone on the greens committee or whoever handles the weekend booking.

Weekday membership is very worth it if u can play on weekdays

it is not so bad if u dont mind playin either sat/sun am/pm ....quite easy to ball match...can always join us too...

I am a member AND not renewing. I got it coz cheapest I can afford and I play at Kranji.

NSRCC is like OCC - a 'public' club. Most of the facilities can 'easily used by public'.

I heard that the weekend AM flights in Changi is usually reserved for corporate & greens committee. So can never book flights on weekend AM.

Just booked their chalets and all the good units facing the sea all 'bao' by corporate, left with only 2 sea-facing chalets for members, public, safra members!!!! FULL LOAD OF CRAP!!

And on top of the monthly fees you've to pay (though quite low), you still have to pay $60+ for weekend golf!

If no $, bo pian gotta join NSRCC.....

Why dun u just check the website, think the details are there.

It's still cheaper unless u want to drive to Malaysia n play at quite crappy courses. Condition wise, it's much better than those in Malaysia considering the volume of players. Booking wise is easy to cos u can do online, there are clubs in singapore where u need to go q-up at the club, some as early as 5am. Beggars cannot be choosers. MBGC condition in terms of green is no where near that of nsrcc. And it's much more expensive to play at mbgc if u are not a member at nsrcc.

tink assoc. member spay about 1k more...
its a nice club...but most importantly...its the kakis....if u play other clubs...who going to q up early 5am for u? i onli know our legendary MC will....
