| apriz, a MBGC PC is only good for playing on the NSRCC Par 3 course, not for the main courses (Army, AirForce and Navy 9 holes and Kranji).
If you sign up as a NSRCC member, you can't transfer your MBGC PC, but will need to re-take the PC test at NSRCC. As a NSRCC member holding a NSRCC PC, you will be allowed to play on the main course (both Changi and Kranji) on weekdays. I believe flights of all NSRCC members with NSRCC PCs should be acceptable on weekdays...
Are you planning to sign up as a NSRCC member, or simply wondering if a non-member with a PC can play?

| apriz, nope, you can't play on the main course with a MBGC PC... Even if you have a NSRCC PC, but if you are not a member, you can't play on the main course. | |

| Yes Bro Ken, you are well verse in NSRCC rules....bros... NSRCC only allow PC issue by NSRCC. If you join NSRCC and want to tranfers PC, you must retake the PC test plus Rules of golf. Those join NSRCC and want tranfer HC only take Rules of golf. In NSRCC there is no easy way, no short cut etc but the rewards are pentifully !!!! | |

| ok no problem bro i jux called nsrcc to check on the procedure. we dont have to bring anythg there...just need to sign the application form and wait like 10 days for the approval from mindef (to check ns status). the documentation will thn start after the approval is obtained. as to the timing issue, if you cant make it in the morning, just sms me your full name, ic number and your contact number. we just need to consolidate the list and we can go down separately to sign the form (the form has to be in during the open house). so whn ur free, u can just pop in and sign the form and we will still be considered as a group sign up) my mobile is 9627 9828 cheers! | |

Thanks.... So is everyone still going for the Open House promo or normal promo (http://www.esrcc.com.sg/promote/md07/om.html)??? ORDINARY Membership Receive $588 Spending Credit*, or Top-up $1* for an additional year. when you sign-up for a minimum of 5 years! BASIC Membership Receive $288 Spending Credit*, or Top-up $1* for an additional year. when you sign-up for a minimum of 5 years! Let me make a comparison. For Full Ordinary membership, it is $4480 or $896/yr. Open House Promo ---------------------- $700 spending credit $138 group ------ $838 Normal Promo ---------------- $895 free 6th year $100 group ------ $995 So, it seems that the normal promo with $1 top-up is $157 better than Open House promo.

| The golf kaki introduction bonus is more for the introducer during the open house though.
Open House Promo ---------------------- $50 new member $200 introducer
Normal Promo ----------------- $50 new member $100 introducer
I also believe the group bonus is the same at $138 for both promos. 1 year additional membership is not exactly worth $896 IMO coz you do get certain bonuses when you sign up that will offset the cost somewhat. Overall not much difference, but I'd rather get some cash back up front that can be used to offset the monthly subscription.

| It takes 14 working days to process application and then payment. So, should we have a celebratory game in Sept 09? | |

Kranji so easy to book de ma? Actually, I also quite tempted to get the membership but very often, I play during weekend. However, people say difficult to book.. Weekday membership is better and easier to book.
