| For me: 1. No range (hitting too much balls is bad for your elbow) 2. Do forearm stretches. 3. Be a swinger not a hitter (i am struggling with this) | |

| Agreed with poresia. I had mine since late last year and went to a chinese sinseh for accupunture. Now it seems to be ok. Needed at least 2 treatments though. Keeping my finger crossed. | |

| Go to an old thread about this. Try Penetrex. http://www.penetrex.com/ If you want to try, I have a couple of bottles spare. Each going at $35.00. Let me know.

| If you buy 1 bottle, it will cost you about $41. Of course the more you buy the price will be lower. But remember, you have to use credit card to buy. Here, you save the hassle and can get it immediately. And you don't have to buy so many bottles. You also already save $6 with no risk.

| Slinger, massage your elbow with the Penetrex as many times per day as you can. You will definitely see improvement or at least can feel there is lesser pain. If you can do it minimum 4 times a day, you will sure to feel improvement within 1 week.

PS : Go get this Elbow Brace and you can golf all you want without damaging it any further. http://www.elbowpaincentral.com/Elbow_Pain_Products/Band-It_Elbow_Support.htm | |

| Hi Bro, I only have extra Penetrex but no extra Band-it. I always buy in bulk to save on shipping. I am thinking of buying some extra Band-It as it seems that a lot of bros here are suffering from the same problem.

| As a golf professional and Qualified Titleist Performance Institute fitness instructor i have come across this problem many times. What you have to realise is what is causing your golfer elbow (inside of the arm) or tennis elbow ( outside of the arm ). Three main things cause this terribly painful injury. Grip pressure is to tight, incorrect forearm rotation through impact and hitting the practise range mat aggravates the pain. What happens is you have tight forearm muscles which causes inflammation in the tendon or your elbow. It can be made worse from using the computer alot and just carrying things around. Painkillers, forearm bands and some forms of medicine give temporary relief but if you are serious about it you must see a physiotherapist who will massage, stretch and educate you on how to best deal with your injury. Once you have sought proper medical help a quick trip to a properly qualified coach with an understanding of your history will fix the problems. At the Asian Golf Institute we are all TPI certified and work with the best physiotherapist in Singapore. If you need details just ask. Good luck! | |

| Nice Banter guys. Sounds like your left arm does not rotate properly through impact but seeing as you only hit good shots it could be just an overuse issue. You still need to see a physio though. | |
