What's the GR member review of the TM SLDR?

Now that the TM SLDR has been out for a few weeks, what is the verdict of the GR members? Is it worth the price?

Want to know if it it a good toy for the bag? Quick shift of weight to reduce slice tendency before a game and a quick shift to neutral to work on proper swing when practicing at the range?

Thoughts?

Dependent too much on equipment adjustment is not good especially for beginner ... Ppl who rely to much on equipment technology to correct their hooks or slices will not be able to grasp the fundamental of a correct swing and will therefore never be able to address their root cause(s) of their swing problem. My 2 cent's worth ... Am not a golf swing guru ... Smile

Your WITB S2 is value for $$$, even though I like the tour version better, matrix 6Q3 wicked....don't wanna said anything abt the SLDR wait people said I biased against TM.

Tried the SLDR at the range, indeed the slider works really well. Put the slide to 2 bar and it hook big time. Back to neutral and ball is straight again.

Anyway, do agree with Turbo, your swing fundamental is still very important. If your swing is out to in, slicing tendency will still be there.

3 or 4 GRians will share our feedback after our game next tuesday. If the range session is any indication, expect to hear good things next week.

As usual, I'm interested in whether this will give me more distance....I just read the member's review of the SLDR and it really seems higher launching with lower spin......I'll be keen on getting a review from you guys......I normally avoid TM products but this sounds interesting.....

I agree swing fundamentals is key to developing the skills, but no harm having a toy that can be tweeted to give a morale booster during a long session at the range.

Looking forward to fellow GR reviews.
