| From what I know, SLDR driver (1st gen) can be adjusted to higher or lower loft and can adjust to Fade or Draw by the slider on the driver head. And will perform better when one loft up instead to make use of the "forward gravity shift" design. SLDR - S, cannot be adjusted, it comes in 12, 14 and 16 deg. SLDR-Mini = perform like a 3 wood but bigger head than normal 3 wood...
I may be wrong, just sharing what I understand so far.

Mini is also known as a 2 wood in the past. They just changed the name, just like tity called it the fd.

| TM launched the SLDR series first - Driver (with the sliding rail on the sole), fairway and rescue, all with loft adjustability.
Then they launched the SLDR mini driver (or SLDR S mini driver according to some websites) which is primarily a hybrid between a driver and a 3 wood. It is meant to be used primarily off the tee in place of a driver (more control over a driver just like the 3 wood but hits further than a 3 wood off the tee).
Soon after, came the SLDR S range which contains the driver (with the sliding rail on the sole just like the regular SLDR), fairway and rescue, all very much similar to the regular SLDR except that they cannot be adjusted for loft (shaft is glued to the hosel).
In between the SLDR and SLDR S, they had a "limited edition" version of the regular SLDR driver (sliding rail and loft adjustability) in a white head, reminiscent of the past few series of TM drivers with white head.
Also, along with the release of the SLDR S range, they launched the SLDR irons with thru-slot technology, essentially an improved version of the speedslot on the Speedblades...
Hope it helps... | |

| Oh, I do not work for TM (just a TM fan mainly because of their play on the phrase "tailor made")... | |
