| I tried the bridgestone e6+ and find them to be long and straight but they don't fare as well around the green, even for a 2 piece ball.
Has anyone tried the e5+, e7+, or bridgestone treosoft?

| I have tried the B330-RX. A very soft and good distance ball for a slow swing speed like me. But it doesn't have those kind of holding power on the green. | |

| tried the tourstage X-01B+ 2 days ago...its made by tourstage and is a 4-piece ball. 344 dimples, Urethane Cover with Multi-Layer construction.
boy the ball is long (gets me to places i have never been) and the feel is great. works well around the green too. the only thing i don't like about this ball is the price, its supposed to be $120 + per dozen (not sure about the actual price).

| I like tourstage a lot too and those would be my first choice. However, I'm looking for cheaper balls for my off days, which is why I was thinking of the e5+, e6+, e7+, and treosoft, since I've had good experience with bridgestone balls Any comments on those? | |

| I have been trying to finish off my 2008 Nike One Platinums and Blacks. So far, they lose out to the Pro V1s and V1xs in both distance and feel but wins in the durability category. Think I will stick to . They are only cost USD$7 per dozen more. | |

| I used to be using U-Tri Tours but i can't get them anymore. Now I'm using TM Black LDP which i bought some at $35/box but I'm told the price has been increased to $55.
Dunno what ball to try next under $40/box.

Dunno what ball to try next under $40/box. If you still wants TP Blacks, you can get the 2nd hand ones from bro Nemo. His balls are all of very good conditions, almost new. However, if you prefer new balls, i suggest you go for e5+. It's the only 2-piece ball with urethane cover, good distance off the tee & soft around the green. You can get them for $35 per doz in many places.

| I also have this experience when I am using 2nd ProV1 that already lost it's shine. The distance is not so much of a different, maybe average like <10 yards but maybe more if compare it to the hard 2 piece ball. | |

| I also have similar issues with prov1 balls but I had always thought it's because I don't have a fast enough swing speed since they probably have a higher compression compared to most of the other balls that I use on a regular basis? | |

| I've been having the same issues with the Pro V1s. Found that the pro-v1s dont work as well for me as the NXTs or even pinnacle. On balance, I probably prefer pinnacle gold distance. Just hitting the ball, I dont find the Pro V1s particularly soft... perhaps I'm not good enough to appreciate them? In fact, I find the NXTs and pinnacles softer. haha. | |

| All Bros,
I have been hearing about the fake ProV1 from China (at least thats what I heard).
Does anyone have a fake ProV1, I would like to have a look at it.
I need to counter check with my stock (about 350 balls).
I would really appreciate the help.
I believe it not fake but just refurbished cause from the description I gather, the Titleist print on the ball is not like the oringinal.
Anybody???? | |
