Furyk finds fairway without problem.

Tiger & Furyk both on the green ... I see Furyk ball was pin high and Tiger has a most difficult putt with a up and down putt

Nope. 127 yards to the pin, Tiger lands a bit short below the green while Furyk finds the green pin high.

Tiger chips it close for par, but Furyk shows great touch and makes the birdie putt to grab sole lead at -1.

Furyk birdes hole 11 leader now with -1. He is playing strong and putting well ...

Tiger managed to par only, remind at +2

Oh oh Furyk made a mistake .. into the green bunker in hole 12 and Tiger on green with his 2nd shot from rough

Tiger from the left rough, 196 to the pin, finds the green, landing his shot short and running it up.

Jim from the fairway, 170 remaining, finds right bunker.

How often have we experienced that, a good tee shot on the fairway only to miss a seemingly straight forward approach shot?

He is not cutting his fade enough and there are many dogleg right on this course.

But so far, he seems to be doing alright finding the green from the rough and even making one birdie from it just now.

Hole 13 par 3 180

Jim 7 iron finds the green getting a good bounce rolling to about pin high.

Tiger 8 iron lands and rolls up short below the pin. The greens are softer today but Tiger's touch is still tuned to the faster harder green from day 1 and 2.

Come on Tiger, start taking one extra club.

After busting the speaker at the tee box yesterday, Sergio chips in at the 18th and looks upset. Muttering and scowling and throws the ball away in disgust. Amazingly negative attitude for someone of his stature which seems to be holding him back more than anything else he may be blaming.

Furyk finds the right rough first cut.

Tiger 2-iron stinger a bit too low, finds left rough and he may be blocked by trees for his approach.

Tiger plays blades except for his 2 iron which is a cavity back, as the slow mo clearly shows.

Tiger blocked by trees, hits a good draw staying under the branches, drawing around the trees which lands just in the right spot clear of the right side bunker and rolls in the direction of the pin. That was impressive.

Yes, what a shot but they says it is most like a hook using his wedge. Hook or draw whatever. What a shot ... That is reason we watch Tiger ... something will happened like this shot cheers

Tiger uncharactetisically misses the uphill putt on the low side 6 inches for a tap in par. Come on Tiger, the greens are slow.

Yeah man. With that protruding bunker lip, the landing area for the shot was narrow indeed. Just one foot to the right and the ball would be in the rough or bunker.

A precision draw from the rough under trees. What a display.

Furyk on the green slightly above pin high no problem.

Tiger overshoots the pin a bit more, taking more club but now over estimating the slow greens a bit.

Both make par, Tiger lagging the long putt impressively close.

This 17 year old amateur finish the round and maintain at +3 ( miss his birdies on hole 18). Everybody feel that he has just won the tournament ... If he do win the tournament tomorrow on final day .. That will be a great news to put all the pro start thinking including Tiger.

Luckily he has a shot behind the tree and gets it back into the fairway.

Jim Furyk asking for a camera to be put away as he hits the 2nd shot from the right rough. His ball rolls up on the fairway behind Tiger's which shows how well Tiger escaped from under the trees.
