my dream is to clear the bunkers at hole 1 MBCG....not aim the left, cause always go water
How about clubbing down and hit till before the bunkers, then attack from there or lay up to in front water and pitch near hole for a tap in par?

| ok responses thread started as a light hearted response to a recent discussion in another thread, but hey, if there is interest, why not, let's actually do this SHiC will not be registered as a trademark. No Arron, I do not think that Short Hitters Team, aka SHiT is a good name, but i did think about it .. LOL! GF, u hit shorter than them but took them all on and beat all of them on individual scores, well done!!!! Thanks for volunteering to be Vice Chairman and Team Captain Free gift for joining? Already mentioned, chance to win magical 9 iron that can hit 150m ... Suggestions as to how we can brand ourselves? maybe include "Proud Member of SHiC" in our Signatures? | |

| Derek, dare I suggest a SHiC vs LHiC matchup at the end of all this!?
If SHiC can end up winning, a lot of people may realize distance isnt everything! Imagine the good that can be done!!!

| after some very serious consideration Derek, i have to answer your call for a sponsor. for the SHiC club, we are to search hard, innovate and hopefully help the members grow in stature. the following are in place: 1. we have written to the A&R and the USDA and they have approve the use of 9 iron on 5 iron length shaft. with the correct lie adjustment, we should be able to help most SHiC golfers achieve the magic mark of 150 carry on their 9 iron (brand new golf balls are recommended as it gets you longer distance than crappy balls) 2. we have found the lightest and most expensive shaft in the driver category, weighting in at 33g, most golfers will experience club head increase of 34.7%. we are not going to care about where it goes but all we care is your club head speed increase. this is very important as it leads us to point no 3. 3. i have also asked the SGPA if its appropriate to add other component in the swing onto your scorecard. apparently there will be provisions for score card submission that will take into consideration the club and yardage achieve. this will be discussed in their annual meeting and implementation may take place as early as 2102 (no typo this time) For example, 2 golfers tee up and Golfer A hits his drive 200m and hit a 3 hybrid into the green, 2 putts for par, he will get a nett par on a non index hole. Golfer B tees up with his driver hits it 270 meters, sends it OB, then into the water, then into the fairway (2 fairways away), hits a 9 iron from 150m away land it on the green and 2 putts. in this case, the new rule will award the hole to golfer B for #1 - longer drive achieve, #2. shorter iron into green and #3 for never giving up even when everyone knows he has no chance of winning this one. hence as a sponsor, we will be happy to dish out the following: A. sponsor 5 iron shaft, adjust lie, free installation onto existing 9 iron heads. alternatively we can grind away the sole markings of your unused 5 iron heads and remarked them as a 9 iron (with new tour-validated black felt pen) B. each member can purchase the 33 g shaft installed with the tour 25 (new golf pride tour grip which weights 25g) at a special price. that way you can cut down your driver length by a full inch (and still retain the same swing weight), reduce total weight to sub 260 to 270, shaving off 17.8% in weight and achieving at least the same 17.8% in club head speed. this will transform to 17.8% gain in distance gain as well. the above information has been verified on trickman launch monitor. i am very positive that there are more and i look forward to contributing to those who are unfortunate in meeting the high standards of the golf game today. You may also he happy to note that in the future, a trickman monitor, video monitor and specs marker will be made mandatory on all tee box (on the golf course). this is crucial so that other consideration such as shaft flex, weight, club head speed, spin rate, AOA, swing motion, club path, knee brace, release action can be used to evaluate and taken into consideration so that the golfer's score will no longer be dependent upon on what he or she actually shoots. lets meet soon to discuss the rest of the sponsorship programme. the is a very lively thread and oh i forgot...... have a great weekend and do take the above post in jest.
