I'll be trying the Y probably in the next few days or coming weeks since I'm still missing 52 eversince my buddy snatched it away fro my bag Just..... putting it out there. We can get the raw steel wedge. And get a custom-grind according to our spec. And it will be done by hand. In Japan. By you-know-who. So, for those looking to put more oomph into their short game, esp to make more 1-chip no-need-to-putt shots.... you have this option to consider. Just sharing. Don't hate me.

On the C grind just incase you are wondering, they are lovely, easy to manipulate (59 degree), so I can lob it high to the sky or I can also do a penetrating shot with a back spin. It's the only time I've seen my ball spin back more than 1 feet on laguna range... imagine what it will do on the green. Still practicing hard now, since I'm not so used to 57 degree. Cutting back wedge by 1 to 51 and 57 only. cheers,

| You poisonous B*******!!!!!
Such poison could be your live saver on the course. Chinese medicine says " you need poison to get rid of poison" I used such poison to cure my sickening bad short game!

| Having a 1-chip 1-putt skill in your repertoire can transform this occasionally frustrating game into a pleasurable endeavor.
With that, you can lob your approach shot at the green with impunity, and let your short game get you the par or even birdie.
The rich feedback of forged steel gets you there faster.
Now, imagine something purer, softer and even more tactile than forged Miura wedges.
That would be the raw steel Miura wedge, my friends.
I am putting the finishing touches to my developing chip and pitch swings. When ready, I might take a video of it so that the master can choose the right grind for me. Imagine the confidence I'll feel with this weapon in my bag,
I'm just saying... dun hate me.

How many of you thinking of trying out or intending to purchase a miura set?
Why do you guys consolidate and buy together? Distributor i think is Torque Golf at Laguna. If you want, we can set an appt to go down and check it out.
Let me know if you guys want to do that. I dont mind calling up Torque Golf to set an appt for you guys.
Possible dates: next Tue, or Mon (3 or 4 Oct)?
Put your name down if you are keen.
1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
Someone arrange a mira session a year back, i think. Think it was Eden was arranged it. Unfortunately, he is posted to Shanghai If I recall correctly its not eden, it was golf_snowman. There were supposed to be three of us. In the end only me turned up.
If there are interested parties, either nientsu or myself could speak to Stanley or Joe and if possible have a kind of demo session. Do let me know. no wonder my nose itchy..mloy talking behind my back again!! eden Tournament Blade 4-P Shimada

| Just for your info, the miura section is by another retailer ( saw the company's polo tee worn by the sales person) They are just selling the clubs off the shelves. If one is really interested, I will suggest to get them from the distributor (you know who) You probably get it at a better price and have it custom-fitted (which should be included if you ask).

Is it true you can get a better price and service? Like that the main distributor is not helping his retailer.

| In this case, it is true that the distributor offers custom-fitting but the retailer does not.
Not sure about pricing difference since there are variables like shaft and grip...
