| Terrible? Hmmm.... Dude, Maybe it's the Indian, not the Arrow. It's one thing to log in one morning and chalk up your 10 posts just so you can use the Marketplace, but it's an entirely different ball game when you come in here and start dissing brands just because you can't swing at a ball to save your life.... If you were such a good and informed player, you would have known NOT to buy the R9 Max with its pansy shafts.. If you were such a good and informed player, you would have spent your money on a Supertri 8.5 TP with a custom Fubuki X Flex ala Martin Kaymer... Either way, the Titleist 910 D3 with their custom range of Aldila RIP, Project X or Fujikura F3 shafts ain't gonna help your game much, especially when you use it only 14 times out of the 100 plus or so shots you take to complete a round Lesson learnt - don't piss off Taylormade fans in this forum... Enjoy your stay:)

Lesson learnt - don't piss off Taylormade fans in this forum... Enjoy your stay:) Dude, i'm just stating my opinion abt the r9max and the club didnt suit my swing. I've also heard quite a lot of complains abt the r9 series. well it's clear that good and informed players are different matters. there are several combinations to that, a good player maybe outdated abt the current clubs or a lousy player can be well informed abt the latest clubs and etc. so pls refrain from judging unless u know the person and from your post i guess u seem like a well informed person but i can't say much abt how well u play. fyi i'm a single handicapper a driver can make a difference so does a putter in fact every club makes a difference so of cos it will make a difference to the whole round or do i need to elaborate? thank you for your kind words:)

| To each his poison bah. Me on TM R7 Superquad previously, then to titleist and now back to TM Burner 09. Preference at different periods of time perhaps? But the R7 is good. haha...canonphilips, I see you hv met TM fan, TheFocalPoint. | |

| @TheFocalPoint, Well it’s attitude and not the handicap that you should change. and is your handicap really 23.9 or is it more like 8.7? For starters you can stop lashing out and post sarcastic remarks. let's not digress from the topic and start a senseless debate, period. @weesern, i have been out of touch with the latest clubs and i dont research much abt clubs. i bought my r9max at a 'supposed' sale at isetan. on hindsight i should have tried at the range before i bought it. HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR to all!! | |

| Canon, the R9 Max is probably not one meant for a single-handicapper. But the R11, on the other hand, worth a try. At least go and hit it on the range before you pull the trigger. I think it is a low-launch, low-spin kind of head.
And, on the contrary, I do not think a 20-something handicapper will have enough game to hit this driver. They would need an R9 Supermax painted white.
By the way, have you been out of the game for long?
