R11S TaylorMade Driver

I am not surprised when they came out with a new R11 updated driver
called R11S

Yeah, they release things like every 6 months..... no point buying them unless you are collecting every version of TMs.

This is pretty unhealthy. Now we all wait 6 months to buy the gen before, so much so that I am seeing packaged Driver-wood or Driver-hybrid or Trade-in on irons deals. Seems things will continue to spiral south.

It's like they race against themselves to issue new products. Their product lifecycle is very short.

It could also be a price discrimination strategy, they want to take all of consumer's surplus. From the early adopters (guys like tfp) to most procrastinating, value hunting, laggards (like me)

But all these did made me ponder - how low can clubs be? I mean, looking at the TM products' prices, even the latest ones, I often think we can pay a lot less for the rest.

i gave up on tm equmt.
the sharp price drop just leave a bitter taste.
anyway, its getting too mass market for me.

but the R11 is really good

not saying they don't make good stuff.
they are just a bit too ubiquitous for me and the r11 didn't really work for me.
i liked the r9 supertri alot though.
i am not judging anyone using tm.
just speaking for myself.
i believe in using what works for you.
i am just fortunate enough to find other brands that work for me thats all.
anyway, i luv to mix and match within my bag ... LOL

This's TM lor!
They go fr market shares rather than e value of their products technology/ designs.
Like one quoted: just wait till 6mths or so, worth buyg liao!
