Break out at BFG - all Scotties gone!!!

went to work on tuesday and we discovered that there was a break out....

went to work on wednesday and this was what was left...



nothing left, the cabinet is gone too!!! now playing back the CCTV we discovered that one of the person in the video looks like a certain GR member who is purportedly travelling and from his facebook, it seems that he is in Japan at this time.

we have handled the incident to the authority and a certain Inspector Aw is investigating. we will leave the cuilprit to asahi at some point.

strangely nothing else was lost.

no dave..he is taller and more muscular (with a rather prominent belly)....a little girl was amongst his accomplice and she keeps looking at herself through the mirror in the cabinet.

My condolences Eric. May I suggest that you put up a list of the missing items? Then fellow GRians can keep a lookout when they come across anyone selling them. I believe a fair number of those are quite rare and not commonly seen on the 2nd hand market. The culprits might not have taken them for their self-collection, but actually stole them for sale. They targeted Scotty as the brand is easily recognisable and would probably be the easiest to sell. This is just my opinion and I understand that the culprits might really have taken them just to keep, since they took the cabinet too. In any case, no harm keeping a lookout in case any of the missing pieces surface.

Once again, I am sorry for your loss. I sure the financial pain pales in comparison to the sentimental loss. Do take care and good luck in nabbing the culprits and recovering the items.

Initially I thought that this was a prank post... especially the part of "Nothing else is lost".

After reading twice, I realized that this is a genuine break ins.

Hope you can recover the lost items.

I am so, very sorry for what happened. My condolences. I look forward seeing the culprit got caned and lock up!

OK Boss, the least I can do is to look out for them when I do hit range or games.

I particularly remember Brad Faxon's model and will keep a good eye on it ..if see them.

Hey Eric, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. Thank goodness you were able to capture the culprit on camera and I hope that they will be found soon.

you will notice i never use the word "Break in". and the culprit with a young girl...that has got to sound fishy...as for Inspector AW, regulars knows who he is.

at the very least they should take the WinWin cart bags to hold the putters...
