Hi,

Can some NSRCC member advice why there is a adjusted score after I submit my handicap for the game?

i.e. I posted 97 and it shown adjusted 96...

Hi rc311,

From what I know, there is a ceiling to the score on an individual hole for the purpose of submitting scores for handicap calculation.

As your handicap goes down, the "limit" of the hole gets lower.

So, for example, when I had that nightmare 17 strokes on the Index 1 hole at Horizon hills (Par 5), for my handicap submission, I was only supposed to put 10 (double par) or something like that.

There are online resources that you can read to get the details, sorry can't remember the link now.
