| Hi, a friend of mine went for an intro to golf at Warren. Was then offered a package of $680 for 10 lessons.
She wants some feedback abt the coach who goes by the name of Uncle Sam - senior Malay chap.
Thanks for any positive or negative input.

| I understand that the "better" coach is the Indian guy. But it's only hearsay! | |

| Uncle Sam is the longest resident pro in Warren, He was already a teaching pro when warren does not have an official golf course yet, back in the days of folkstone road. He was the one that led to many talents coming out from warren. Very patient fella and when you see him hit, you will feel that golf is easy.
Nevertheless, if your friend wants young and handsome one, he or she can look for jhan18 aka justin han too as justin is coaching in warren too.
Good luck and have fun. | |

Muru is not just any indian guy but he is the president of SPGA..... No wonder!! Now I also understand that Muru is always overseas. But I think he is the most friendly pro at Warren.

| Muru runs the pro shop and the driving range in Warren. You might look like a relax hitter, but you will be shocked, his driver is like half swing only but he always hitting the back net mid way. | |

i know cannot compare, but how do i make sure which coach is right for me ? Some coaches insist that u change ur swing to their style, some just fine tune ur swing. And I always prefer the later cos improvement cycle is faster. And go for one that has in course lesson. Trent's lesson has a course session.

Trent's lesson has a course session. i saw from lipgolf.com only the 10hr session, on course is another seperate cost. i like fine tuning too instead of changing completely. Think you just helped me confirmed my coach . thanks.. maybe can meet up somedays =)
