If they are tourists or anyone that will not be playing in MBGC after that game, what can MBGC do?

We golfers would have to do our role by reporting to MBGC and they would have to do their role by blacklisting.

Basically consideration and awareness of others (safety, speed etc) and the course is the way to go. Golf etiquette is the key..not the golfer's nationality or the course. IMHO that is something that can always be improved on (racking the bunker, repair divots and pitch marks.......)

PS: Having a PC, HCP, passing the swing test does not equate to having golf etiquette.

Actually a good recommendation is how to approach another flight if it's suspected of slow play??? Suggestions:

1. Whack the ball as an indicator
2. Shout @$%%$^%$^$ as an indicator
3. Approach them and explain...
4. Show HC....who HC lower is always right
5. Pull rank

I honestly think that your 'fan' is already very gracious by explaining his side of the story very clearly. I believe if we all talk about this in a mature and civilized manner, we can resolve this misunderstanding.

Heh... I joined a flight full of Ang Mor once, they were from Australia (if I remember correctly)

There was a hole when we were on the fairway, waiting to take our 2nd shot when a ball landed just within 20m behind us. There was no call but the flight behind us did stop teeing off upon seeing the ball landed so near us.

Then the Ang Mor walk to the ball... took out his Tee, pluck it into the ground (as though he was teeing up for his Driver) and place that guy's ball on the tee. He said it was something they would do in Australia to tell the flight behind them to be patient.

It looked pretty hilarious to see a ball being teed up in the middle of the fairway then... and guess what... the flight behind us did slowed down quite a bit to avoid having their ball kena tee up again!
