Organisers,

Updates for you on using WGCC as the venue for this charity event,

Date: - 21 August (It is still possible to squeeze another 15 - 20 flights so quickly book before it is gone)

The bad news is there are some recent changes to Private Tournaments fees in WGCC: -

Greens Fee : $110.00/golfer (as opposed to $100.00)
Cart Fee: $20.00/golfer

Admin/Scoring Fee : $300/tournament
Booking Fee : $25/flight (NEW!)

So what is the good news! I have spoken to the Captain, he is willing to consider either waiving or donating the additional charges (Additional $10 green fee & booking fee $25/flight) for charity purposes. But I will need you to write in to the club after booking the flights for the waiver stating the charity reasons and indicating the organization receiving the proceeds.

Sorry as Muarchee had mentioned, we had all been tied up with work.

We are intending to start small and not charge as high as those normal charity golf green fees as they are normally one-off fund-raising events and has many corporates supporters. However, we are trying to start small and not make it overly expensive so that individuals can also feel that they can do a part. If it is successful, we'll adopt the charity on a more permanent basis and hold a tournament every year or even twice annually so that we can all give back to the community.

Care to elaborate what is included in the $150?

Sorry for the rush date. Warren does not cater to soft bookings as they have another small event the same day so the number of participants have to be firm. Please confirm and pay MC by the date above thank you.

As you all can see, we did not ask too much from everyone so we hope that all participants can donate as generously as you can for that day.

Also, non-participants are also welcome to make donations to this good cause. Any other form of sponsorship will be very deeply appreciated and considered.
