Sorry to have troubled you, MC. Didn't know that you were traveling.

To the rest who have indicated their intention to play but haven't yet confirmed/paid, please do so. I think the organizers took a lot of effort to get this game sorted out and their plans were based on the numbers who signed up. It's not easy trying to coordinate a game of this size and it helps if everyone plays their part.

If you are not going to play, do let the organizers know asap.
If you are going to play, please confirm and pay asap.

For the record, I state that I want to join but I can't for genuine reason - I am out of country from 16-23 Aug.

why not we just fix a date for everyone to meet at a as yet unspecified location to pay the money? and we have 2 days lah, if by the end of those 2 days, u have not paid, either by bank transfer or by hand transfer, then you are deemed to be not playing, and we can have the finalised list.

MT, I think that's a good idea. The only problem is that I fear that many people would not show up. It seems as if interest which was hot once has somewhat waned now. I wonder if we can just have a game anyway... it's the inaugural GR game so it'll be nice to have the kakis come out and play

MT debt recovery services can always provide this service for a fee..

u can choose either

Package A - spray paint with message of your choice (up to 4 characters, additional characters charged at $2 per character)

Package B - Splashed paint (single colour only, additional colour at $5 per colour)

Package C - Fresh Pig's head

I can only confirm tis Friday ; waiting for boss to come back and approve leave.

yes please. Do join us. Just include your name in the list and look for payment details earlier in the post.

I think we would extend the deadline a bit and try to get minimum flights. As Warren cannot do 'soft' booking, we would have to see if there are flights should ppl want to join later. We cannot please everyone and all we want is to have some fun and give back a bit to the community.

We would also appreciate those who are unable to make the event inform us so that we have a more realistic number.

to be fair, the original list and plan was for 7 Aug, which is NDP celebration day and before a long weekend, thus that day should be "free-er". dun be so harsh to jump to conclusion. i believe the organizing committee understands this.

If you are referring to me, my explanation is simple. These poor guys arranging this game is also working professionals. If things can be firm up earlier, then it will be easier for them. I am not pin pointing to anyone but I would prefer if everyone help out in the way by assisting this event. And also please bear in mind that the date of the game was not change just yesterday.
