Customization of Scotty putter

hi all, 

Recently am thinking of buying and customizing Scotty putters. Would like to know roughly how much does it cost for me to ship from Singapore to US for the custom shop to do the customizing. And on the return shipment, how much do we actually pay as well?

Unless you could find someone who could do it locally, not a good timing at this juncture as the Greenback has since appreciated against the SGD significantly ...

I'm actually looking at putting a shaft ring for it at the custom shop. Yes greenback seemed to have gone up. Hope its just temp. Haha 
Bro turbo, do you happened to know of any local shop that does the customization?
