| Has a niggling golfer elbow injury for weeks and I bought the bandIt elbow brace from amazon based on Internet and amazon reviews.. It's not a miracle worker but very helpful to provide very good targeted compression support off and on the course (and range) and helps in recovery (think of compression thighs).. I personally find that it's far more effective than those found in guardian pharmacy or prescribed by physio (who recommended sama sama products anyway). You can see that it is designed to cater for both tennis and golfer elbow. Unfortunately, it's only available in US and I bought it via Amazon (spent more than 125 usd and get free shipping). Pretty affordable at less than 20 usd and can withstand wash after wash.. Thought I share this ...

| I've tried it after reading great reviews but sorely dissappointed. Bought from a tennis shop in Far East shopping. First, it didn't solve my tennis elbow, it's bulky and hot. Worse, it broke after a while. Maybe mine was older version thus older stock. Guess it's individual. | |

| Been using 1 for a couple of months, found it very effective. My tennis elbow has subsided greatly. Been using this along with the Thera-band flexbar for 4 months and cured my tennis elbow. | |

Guess it's individual. sorry to hear that, bro.. so far so good for mine.. kinda keep my hand/joints 'in place', in particular on the range (i think hitting balls at range potentially create the most damage to the tendons)..

How many balls you hit usually at the range?

| It's from an old gym injury that never heals through the years and it got compounded as I picked up golf... Thought of finally seeing a specialist to get this sorted.. It's not stopping me from playing golf (at least for now) but I felt like I could better optimize my game if I fixed the issue.. Btw, bro turbo, from your other post, looks like you played serapong and missed the green there.. I got a credit card promo that requires two golfers to pay a net total of 355 sgd (green and buggy) on tanjong course on weekdays. U keen? | |
