Injuries in forearm and wrist

Hi guys!

I recently experience numbness in my right fingers and thumb when i wake up. And when i try to clench my fist, the pain will stretch to my whole forearm, causing me to unclench my fist. As long as i dont clench my fist, it wont feel pain...it will feel numbness only.

Only after about few hours after i wake up, the numbness in my thumb and fingers will go away, but will come back after i am awake from my sleep.

Anyone experienced this?
What can I do?

go see a reputable chinese physician.

Yah.. Should go see a sin seh. its mostly due to bad circulation. Esp if you sleep in aircon room. If you need recommendations. U can pm me and i can give u a few contacts.

but not to worry. should be ok after a few treatments.

try stretching ur wrist and fingers instead of clenching them. u can also massage ur forearm. Feel for the nerve around ur elbow and apply some pressure. Once u've located the affected area (i.e sng sng kinda pain) work ur way down to the wrist all the way to ur fingertips.

Think of it as trying to squeeze the last bit of toothpaste outta the tube. my 2 cents worth.. hope u feel better.
