| Hi All, recently I have this pain at the tip bone of my left elbow... the pain feels like I got my elbow tip bone hammered and is terribly bruised...
Any good Tui Na to recommend? Those good ones I used to go to have gone to another world already....
Thanks... | |

Nam Wah Pai Traditional Chinese Physician Centre Blk 123 Yishun ST 11 #01-499 S760123 tel : 62571335 / 667582686
He does Tuina . Treatment is effective but can be very painful . Also needs lot of rest. Stopped playing for 1 month .

The shifu will treat your elbow with electric current and heat first. Then he will massage your back and the injured elbow. Followed by applying a herbal paste on the injured part and bandage. Depending on the severity of the injury, you will need several rounds of treatment before you can see improvement. He will also prescribe some medicine to prove the blood circulation and also for healing the inflammation. Before treatment, I could not even lift or carry heavy stuff with my arm.

Aside from having treatments. Go for a 10 minute sauna. The heat will enable it to heal quickly. ( thats what I did ) it somehow removed the excess water and cold air inside your elbow & muscle nerve
