| Hi, I've bought a fairway wood while in Japan and returning back to Singapore soon....any idea how I can hand carry the wood back? | |

| U can always ask the shop to box it up, so that you can check it in. I don't think the airline will allow you to hand carry it. | |

If you're flying by SQ, i think you can handcarry it. The crew will store it for you. I have seen it done before, and hopefully the policy hasnt changed. | |

| Check in as fragile items. I ever brought back 10 putters, packed together and checked in. So long your total luggage weight does not exceed your baggage allowance there will not be extra charge. Cheers. | |

| You can hand carry into cabin for some airlines, but mostly they will take away from you and store for you, and return to you on landing.
Prices in Japan is very good now, make sense to buy Japanese clubs from Japan. | |

| If you packed and checked in, you are subject to GST if the overall price exceed S$400. | |

| pack it in a box. Label it as fragile and check it in. That's how I brought mine over from the states | |
