Newbie question abt getting handicap

Hi all,

Just want to find out a bit more about getting handicap in Singapore.

I am new to golf and Had recently gotten my PC and am interested to get a handicap. However, there are limited places that we can play without handicap (some places I know of are executive course, champions, JB,mgbc but I understand need to play with someone with handicap?). Want to ask whether mandai executive course scorecard can be used to fulfill the requirement to get the handicap prior to the courtesy round?

yes, it seems that mandai scorecards can be used for scorecard submission for handicap. see below link.

You will need to do a swing test at MBGC before your game unless your PC is issued from MBGC.

To play at MBGC, ur PC must be fm a club recognised by SGA
