| Hi,
1) Any recommendation for good BKK golf courses ? Had played in Suwon before and it was good but would like to try new place of similar quality in BKK. 2) Any transportation contacts available ? Only 4 balls, therefore a MPV will do.
Any suggestion ?
Thanks ! JY | |

| maeng kaew was really enjoyable, flat mostly and some challenges but not many. Windmill is very challenging though, and not flat anywhere. water everywhere. | |

| at the airport, depending on the size of the group (max4), u can take the bigger taxi.... they will take u to the course, i seldom booked unless its more than 4 or all 4 carry staff bags
during the journey, if u dun ask 1st, the taxi driver will ask if u need a ride back from course to hotel, just nego with the taxi driver.... he can the your taxi driver throughout your stay if the price is right
if group more than 4, then its better to book in advance for a van or something.... conversely u can take 2 of the bigger taxi but the group have to split up

| All, Thanks for all the tips.... Good idea on the taxi's booking at the airport! Maybe we just arrange the taxis (Toyota wish) to take us from hotel to the golf clubs... So far, I tried, Suwon, Lotus Valley, Alphine golf and lum luk ka..... All golf courses have been very great ! Maybe can try the MK golf course this time Thank you again ! | |

| Mate, bear in mind the Taxis in BKK run on CNG gas with their huge gas tanks in the boot. You will need the super huge taxis or Limo cab to accomodate 4 golf bags and luggage.
I can pass you my associate's contact in BKK to book vehicles with drivers at reasonable rate. Drop me a PM if keen.
Cheers | |

Yeah, we have arranged transportation to bring us from Bangkok all da way to St Andrews 2000; just to conquer the par 6... How's the weather forecast in BKK? I read Thai garment is cutting the good taxs to encourage local and tourists to shop harder in Thai....so are golf equipment relatively cheaper now?

Bro, great weather. Just finished thana city. It's a great course with great Monday rate, 1400 baht with caddie. Furthermore this will hold next year Thai open.

| Any idea what is the comfortable rate for caddy tip in Thailand? Don't want to end up finding my putter chipped or driver into 双节棍 when I under-tip the caddy. Neither do I want to be a carrot head | |
