Golfing alone in JB

Am thinking of golfing alone in JB during weekdays.
Will the golf course allow me to play alone?

Most courses will allow. Some may require you to pay a bit more to play one ball.

Bro, u may like to consider Poeasia as its only 5 min from 2nd link. Think is abt rm120 during weekdays.

If I m not mistaken, proresia does not allow 1 ball unless u happen to join a flight that is less than 4 balls n is agreeable to it.

One of my fren went alone n was charged 2pax price to play incl buggy after he couldn't get any flights to join on a weekday.

U may want to find out more.

Or maybe I shd say, play 1 ball can but expect to pay for 2 pax if u intend to play alone.

I've played alone at Legends before. On a Sunday. Called their recep to book. So I suppose weekday should not have any issue...

Quite a strange system for golf clubs not to allow one ball. We can always do that here in the UAE. Most times I play alone, even if there are 2 balls in front of me and maybe one ball behind me. Usually on weekdays. On the busier weekends, you can still book for one ball and if need be, they just slot you in with a less than full flight.

No double charging or asking flights for permission. Entirely at the discretion of the club Smile

You can try Permas Jaya Golf course, 9 holes, flat but long. If you go via EDL, it will take less than 10 mins after clearing Malaysia customs. There is no time sheet and you can play alone anytime. Tee off before 9.00 am cost a princely sum of RM 20 (with trolley) for 9 holes weekday. After 9.00 am the rate revert back to RM 25.

Pulai springs, 65 if you are above 55years old for tue and thr. the father's day special and ramadan will approximately make it like 2 months special.
Impien Emas 9x2 is 75 or 65 senior.
IOI 88 for senior, or if you know how to bid at some site, will be cheaper

Diaman18 if you get the day correct pulling the trolly would be the cheapest.

Tg Puteri and Austin Hills both ok for lone golfer, but a bit lonely lah esp when you catch up with flights ahead they make you wait you might have to be very patient. Also consider safety reasons. More company always more fun, hope you find your kakis here! Quite sure you can find enuf hard core golfers to join you even on weekdays.

Wah bro.. I salute your courage to go in and play 1 ball. I go in and play 2 ball, sometimes play afternoon game, confirm end around dusk.. Drive out of the club when dark so must be on high alert.. Sometimes get abit too paranoid and become kanchiong spider.. Must hide spare club next to seat. Lollll. Be safe k (:
