| Folks, further to Mloy's post, we want to assure all participants that if you need to leave early (i.e. for the 3:10pm ferry), this can be arranged beforehand. If you wish to do so, please note the following:
1. Given the tight timelines, this may mean that you will need to rush through your game and/or rush through your lunch. Of course, if you complete your game in a timely fashion, you should be able to enjoy lunch as well but there is no guarantee especially if there are external factors which delay the game (e.g. weather, delays in tee-off etc.).
2. If you still wish to take the 3:10pm ferry option, please let Mloy know. For ease of planning, please notify her by 5pm Thursday so that she can make plans to accommodate your request. This will include transport from the course back to the ferry terminal so that you can catch the ferry back to Singapore.
3. Once you decide on this option, please do not later switch back to the 5:10pm option. As you can imagine, it is a logistical problem for the organizers to swap golfers back and forth different ferries, especially since seats are booked on the ferries beforehand.
For those who are wondering, the change in timing was not made without long consideration. The organizers felt that the golfers should be given an opportunity to really enjoy the game and lunch, and not have to rush through either. For those who have the time, this should be the better option since you'll have more time to relax and fellowship (i.e. tcss).
But for those who have prior commitments, we can make arrangements for you so that you are not overly inconvenienced.
Lastly, you can only win a lucky draw prize if you are present at the lunch. If you're not, your entry will be classified as "Out of Bounds" and regrettably, disqualified.
We thank you for your understanding!
TS

| Alamak, I thought that the changes was due to her wanting to enjoy her 'feast' on the course.... Joke aside though, with a large crowd, the planning logistics will be challenging and on top of that, we are not the only players going on the ferries to play ther, so we need to factor that in as well. So kudos to the planners. | |

- Hi All,
After much pondering over the weekend I have decided to change the ferry departure timing from batam to 5.10pm. As we have 40 goflers I realised that the 3.10pm ferry will be too much of a rush. I would like everyone to have a leisure time and enjoy the day.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused to all.
Cheers Mloy Very thoughtful decision. Thumb Up for your arrangement. Appreciated.

Sista Mon, don't be too brutal ya. Don't go for eagle. Just go for HIO. Less pain. :p See you guys soon. Cheers!
