Hello sebby, if it's tour issued shouldn't you assured your customer/buyer by offering them authentication from the manufacturer? And if they are still suspicious over the item, then perhaps you can ask them not to get it. Not that I'm saying what you are selling is fake, but because there are too many fakes out there from China or maybe even factory reject, including cheap things like grips.

Anyway have a great wkend.

Great move Gary, now you will hear only what you want to hear and Sigma Golf will have a more comfortable weekend.

And let this be the last post to be loaded with insinuations.

Birdman, +10000000000

But what is the point of gathering feedback when it is so one-sided? Anyway, I still enjoy reading some of the past topics on Sigma, especially the one with regard to fittings for beginners. Hahahah

This definitely is 1 of the more entertaining read for this weekend.....

@ Garylin, since you have made a change to the thread title, maybe you should add on a disclaimer in bracket "don't visit this thread if you have nothing better to say about SIGMA GOLF"

Lol

So we know Seb is human. One who is passionate about his craft, and trying his best to do his best. For those who are perfect, this need not apply, but for the rest of us, the spirit is commendable. Kudos.

Your apology is insincere and not accepted. Negative feedback and accusations are different issues. U can seek legal advise. I reserved my rights to pursue in this matter. Tq

sigmaone, you may not be aware, but whatever goodwill was built up for your business in the first couple of pages by your supporters, you have just singlehandedly undone with a single post.

Ironic.

It appears that a few of the good ol' GRsters who tried to cushion the impact and to play down the ugliness of the situation were in vain ... Neutral

I think u got the wrong idea on what turbo meant

What he meant that A lot of ppl knows sigma is a passionate golfer and club fitter who does a good job with his customers

Many ppl here were trying to help him out but he has his own way of doing things and we need to respect that

again this could be phrased in a better manner rather than in this way that destroys your own reputation... U have made people like me, whom have never met or used your services before, not want to even consider your services anymore

As much as local SMEs hate to be labeled "chinaman business", but this is just 1 classic example which this term holds true to the label.......

when I was new on this forum, I mostly hand around "technical swing" discussion, market place and the equipment talk of what is the hottest new kits available on golf house, and of course the cheapest place to buy clubs.

It's interesting to see how the trend has shifted and even people with post less than 5 has been more interested on commenting on club fitter.. something that I don't even think of in my first few years of playing golf..

a better conciousness on a need of a properly fitted equipment which I believe is very good and positive development of Singapore golfing community, or was it somethng else all together ?
