| The landlord wants to make more money at the expense of the businesses there, those retail outlet there, range will surfer, golfers will migrate to another range that has no car park charges! period! | |

| They are charging as if there is a casino in there or a universal studio there. Haiyo... First it was toa payoh changing to plastic & expensive balls.. Now bishan. Gota switch to oCC ler.. | |

| whilst i agree that bishan range has lots of room for improvement - (eg quality of balls, range mats, and space between each bay), i'm actually quite happy with the newly introduced car park charges.
i think it has somewhat alleviated the carpark congestion during peak hours, where a lot of non-golfers park there and then go someplace else.
So i'm actually happy to pay $2 and not have to waste time waiting for a carpark lot. i think we have to bear in mind the fact that unlike other ranges eg. OCC, Bishan range has a special problem of having a lot of non-golfers who will abuse the parking space.

well occ range at night is underused. I think got more visitor than members. | |

| Just in case anyone is unaware of this...
Apparently now that the ERP parking is in place, you can exchange your points for complimentary parking (2 hrs) whenever you go visit the range. Given that the stuff that you can redeem there is beyond pathetic, this might provide some use for the points.
Of course having to pay for parking there now sucks. I guess using the points to redeem for free parking makes it suck less (still sucks though!) | |
