| If i may speculate:
Laguna, NSRCC and TMCC are safe. Because they cant put tall buildings over there due to proximity to runways.
Keppel land can be used for prime commerce properties. Replacing it elsewhere seems questionable if govt plans to reduce courses.
MBGC is the only public course, must have one for general public and iR tourists mah
OCC is NTUC's...untouchable?
Sembawang/Kranji is for the armed forces...untouchable?
Sentosa has high value for singapore tourism brand and they wont put HDB on sentosa anyways
Neither Tanglin nor Raffles is on lands designed for HDB
That leaves SiCC, Changi, Mandai and Green Fairways. Keppel may go first to appease public sentiments. | |

| I forgot about Seletar...not familiar with the area, lease life and owners/operators.
Isnt it near the aerospace industries eg rolls royce? Is it a land with HDBs around? | |

SICC price might drop but others might go up as less supply of local golf courses left to feed the growing nos of Sg golfers.. JB courses might start to get more crowded like its not already w the growing influx of Koreans Chinese n Jap golfers... | |

| Keppel - prime commercial real estate and sea view = property prices of >$2k psf!
SICC - near the upcoming Thomson MRT line and minutes away from the bustling city with lushly greenery and reservoir views
Green Fairways - residential property just beside the new Grandstand (turf city), located in bukit timah prime district.. Sounds like another opportunity for the govt to profit and sell to developers
Laguna - should be safe as long as they build the hotel
NSRCC, MBGC, Sentosa should be very safe..
Wah no one talking about Warren my home course... we are just next to many many HDBs .. *cross fingers* | |

| Keppel is almost 100% to go. Spoke to one staff there last year, it's almost a given... So there goes my $$$.
And I guess Green Fairways and Mandai too.
Objective of pap is to better utilize the land. And of cos make $$$. They will curve out those smaller ones. | |

| Sad to hear that we are clearing more nature reserve to build more Condos and estates.
Nowadays, you will notice every small corner, there's a new condo project coming up.
But the roads around all this project still remain as 2 lanes, hence creating serious jam within the estate.
Hope we can keep more nature area to be a real garden city.
