| 18th Oct, I can play AM game only, got a MCST meeting in the afternoon.
I am nowhere near TFP or Sham's game, my best score is only 85 from white tees at Kranji.
IMO a very hardworking golfer is Slinger. He has my utmost respect for the amount of effort he puts into his game. | |

| Yes, I also believe many great golfers here practise like 2-3 times at the range.. I wish more golfers are like them...

| Past few months i went to range 4-5 times a week. Mostly at TPY. Sometimes at Turf City (if finish work very early) for better quality practice by hitting off uneven cow grass instead of 100% flat mat. In fact I just came back from Turf City Range. | |

| When I worked in an office, would drive to the range at least 5 times a week
Now I work on a golf course, think at most once every 5 weeks ... LOL! | |

| I still play allot because my game suck .. on course 2 times a week, at least one - two times a week in driving range. How many time depend what I am working on in that week.
It always a problem, one week resolved problem with driver, then come another week with problem in irons, then problem with pitching or chipping, then putting.. etc. This week is my recuse .. Just hoping today, that I can pull all these "departments" together ...

| I find it useless hitting too much balls at one go. At the end of the day your swing might get worse due to tiredness of your body. I might be wrong though. | |

| me usually hit bt 80-120 balls with a selection of 3-4 clubs about 2-3 times a week... agree with those who reckons concentrating on quality practice is more important than simply hitting away and have a mighty sweatout! Once i got carried away as i was trying to fix my driver swing and continuously hit 150 driver shots and felt the aching effects on my shoulder the next morning...  and had to rest a few days for it to recover.... | |

| I made the mistake of hitting too many balls in too short a time with too poor a swing at the range after just getting back to a sport I have not played since my youth. Managed to strain some intercostal muscles. Those of you who have done that will know it is painful as heck and takes a good three months to heal without swinging a club. I still go to the range for an hour 3-4 days a week... chipping and putting only. I tell myself that is good thing for my game in the long run . | |

| Its about 1-2 times a week. not more than 100 balls per session. Tend to get inconsistent swings after awhile. will be about 30 driver 30 7iron and 30 4iron etc.
I've no idea how some people can hit 150-200balls at a go. *shrugs*
Perhaps my fitness level is not that good ? | |
