| hitting balls after balls is monotonous, don know abt u, but i tried to play wt my mind either by 1) going thru the club selections as if I am playing a hole. 2) target practice (trees, signages) 3) shape balls (2 draws follows by 2 fades, redo if the sequence breaks or until i give up ) 4) ball limit ie 2 balls per club fr short to long irons (again if a shot does not go the way I plan, i restart the routine, I tell you.. by the time u reach 5 iron, i can assure u tht u will feel the pressure ) happy 2010 btw. | |

| Normally I go through my clubs from LW, then GW, then 9, 7, 5 and Hybrids. Driver is my peak. Then it'll go down again to hybrid, 6, 8, PW, and SW... normally I covers all my clubs unless I'm short in time.
Afterwards, I'll do short game practice to put the balls in the net... and choosing different targets....

| I start with my shortest clubs first and work each down till I reach driver. Normally will hit about 5 balls each and I will find a target that is within the range of each club to aim at. Once this ritual is completed, I go back to the shortest clubs again to do pitching and aim at targets from 100m inwards till 30m. | |

| I usually find it becomes more interesting by playing around with my P - placing balls from 70m to 100m in 10 m increments. | |

| As to share, I do it quite different.
I will start with my SW hit more 8-10 balls, then I will switch to Driver, hit 2-3 balls, move to mid iron, say 6, hit another 3 balls, back to SW or PW. Then back to driver again, etc.
Of course each time select a target to aim and hit. I believe this way simulate the actual game where you will usually hit your driver, follow by either mid iron or PW.

| i do it with different objective each time. i have a purpose each time before i go to the range. i actually sort of plan my sessions.
Sometimes or should say most of the time, it would be to go down and test new toys. if this is the case, then i will go down with an open mind and just whack balls to figure out the club.
I will work on sub-90metres game one time, mid-game another time, long-game on another day, then other times chipping and putting... i commit to at least 150ish balls each session.

| I would go through 4-5 shots from SW to Driver.. Then finally most practise would go to sub 100m & driver. *I am still figuring out how not to slice with my driver. keke. | |

I actually fade alot in my range session for driver... not sure why but I'm doing ok on the actual course.... not sure whether it's the OCC range that I'm visiting has elevated tee because of the machinery...

| i normally start off cold start with driver after a few practice swings. I figured that this is almost always the case during my actual game(no time for range to warm up), this practice would help my first tee.... | |

| Usually I start e session with e highest loft and play about 5 balls each and work my way to driver..
Then I will work on e objective I wanna achieve... Eg: short game etc...
And finally end e session from e driver to my 58 wedge.. Playing about 2 balls each.. Just like a warm down routine...
Important thing is to have a objective going to range and achieve it!
Cheers.... | |
