| The good thing for our local hero is that things can change very fast with a change in wind/ground conditions. Let's all root for our man! | |

| Let's get realistic. At 7 over par, even if he plays a 2 under par today, he will still be at 5 over par which will not make the cut. His chances is as good as gone unless he can do what Adam scott did yesterday. | |

Where is that beam of hope? whether it is real or not, its about that glimmer of hope at every chance he's got. At least he is there representing us, is it too hard to just root for him without bringing him down? Haha... you sound like our educationl system in Singapore, i.e., we are never good enough..... If ang moh can do it why he cannot get a -6 or even a -8? unrealistic? in golf we never know lah my fren. The ball is round. For many of us , he already made us proud by being there flying our flag. Win or not, its just amazing to be in that stage... For a moment do us a favour, stop being a typical "singaporean" by nature and root for our country men unconditionally.

You have your right to root for him as much as I have my right to be realistic about his chances. I did no try and bring him down as the way you put it. I said unless he can do what adam scott did yesterday, and not he can never do it. So suddenly being Singaporean is wrong in your opinion. I must be "un-singaporean" or a fake ang moh to do you a favour?

| It all depend on the field, if the leaders gets hit by tough conditions, then maybe the cut will be at +4 or +5...... | |

| it's highly unlikely we will see MM on TV since his is not leading the field, unless he is TW or other household names. Let's hope other Asian can do well, if not MM | |

| OK OK, kana warning from marshal for my insensitive remark. I take it back and apologise.. i was just really taking a harmless dig at the disciples of the monastery... really no malice intended. You can pluck me back anyway you wish.. Hey, if I can dish it out, I gotta be prepared to receive.. All the best to MM and all Zen users... | |

| TFP... No issues!
I doubt there are ZEN users at the Open! They might have a presence at the practice green but I don't think there are any ZEN users playing!
MM - Yes Putter (Now under TaylorMade) Mark Foster - Using TaylorMade also Ryo Ishikawa - Using Odyssey

true but sad. Or unless he makes a long 20foot put or 50foot pitch straight into the hole.
