| My friend gave me 5 sleeves of Titleist ProV1, still in box and not used, which he found lying in his office. The catch is that these were event gifts from the Volvo Masters Asia, which I believed was in 2008 (our very own LCB won). The "ProV1-392" series was also manufactured in 2007-2008. Question, are these balls still good and be considered "brand new in box", after four years? Is it wrong to sell them? I googled online, and there was nothing hard and fast on shelf life of golf balls ( as long as they were not soaked in water). They are still as white as any new balls I have. See pic. Coz really a waste for me to hold on to them (my swing speed is too slow), or to use them as practise balls. I will of course lower the asking price correspondingly. Thanks. | |

| Why don't you consider keeping them? These are pretty good golf balls, and eventually your swing will speed up for you to use them :-) | |

| I think its fine, Golf Ball shell life is super hardy as long as not exposed to sunlight or go swimming. Golf Balls are build to last man
I dont think its wrong to sell them and am sure it will be playable for most people

| Aiya, I think you just post a price for them lor. Being your honest self, you can also include the history of these balls as per what you described it. There might be ppl who think its a fair price. Good luck. | |

| Maybe you can consider using one sleeve first and see if there are any faults? Like - cracked casing after a couple of holes etc? If you don't see anything wrong, then I'm sure you can sell it as BNIB. | |
