| For the longest time, I had tried but failed to experience the toughness of the keppel country club course. Doesn't help when the more competent golfers who I know, also said that the course is challenging.
said to myself " Die la.....if they face challenge in overcoming the course...what is there , what right do I have to even ponder on playing there "
Pick up my courage when I saw an invite by SBH for the game...also because timing was right la......gulp !!!...will I get rejected? Will I make a fooll of myself? so many negatives thoughts came thru
Luckily managed to get into the flight....So there I was !!! Flight set : SBH, GUY, EIJI and I.
Approach the 1st tee....I asked " Where are the rest of the fairway for this hole ?? . Just imagine...the fairway is like a one way street...super tight !!! So here goes !!!! Said a little prayer..and then sang quietly Que Sera Sera
Overall, the golf course is really challenging...luckily I was abit up to it. BUT one thing for sure, driver good and choon also no use....must land on the right area, else approach to green will kena block.
Green = GREAT !!!....certain hole, bloody fast.
What was most intriguing was the fact that , this course does not 'Show Hand' meaning...for a 1st timer at keppel, one really doesnt know what lies infront be it the green is block, etc etc.
A BIg Thank you to Eiji, Guy and SBH for your time and for the game. And I think I mite have found a fav golf kaki in Eiji ....hahahahah ( for reason only he will reveal)
Will I be back?? Definitely
What can I do better if I do come back? Driving is going to key.....one will be severly punish if not choon and know where to land.
Thanks for reading..

| Duval you played well today! But have not been proven at Keppel yet. To do that we must play cut-throat on all 18. Hahaha | |

| just as an example of duvals confidence, after the 6's concluded with 2 holes remaining, he calmly turn to ME (me only) and said: "GUY! last 2 holes $5 per hole!" | |

| And he does that with one game a month and at best one range a month. No coaching aside from golf channel, no club fitting, kannaway stuff and all Can somebody do a swing analysis on his 3 quarter swing? | |

Hehehe. I had at least 3 "sure OB" balls get spit back onto fairway after meeting with trees, fencing, netting etc etc Not to forget the par 3 that I topped my shot and ball ended up 3ft from pin for birdie!!! | |

| I can testify that last time slinger played at Keppel with me he shot >90.
I think DUVAL can take him on level. Maybe seebayho must give 1-1 or 2-2
