What's the recommended training regime for this stix ? 30 times a day ? Go for it one shot ? Or... ? Any advise ?

Swing until hand and legs shake, back ache, then stop!

No pain no gain!!!!

if you can swing correctly with the impact stik...20 times a day is good enough.

make sure you take a 10 minute rest interval before hitting actual clubs as the 2 are weighted differently.

the objective of using the impact stik is:

1. warm up
2. develop a smooth and balanced tempo (work on the swing path on take away and the impact through to impact)
3. develop better impact and higher smash factor
4. built strength
5. work on building a stronger lower core

most of the things above will happen and its amazing that it builds on you sub-consciously which is the best thing.

DGman, Please may I have one too..... Need to build my mickey mouse swing speed so I don't have to be the first to hit from the fairway always. Also want a smash factor of 2.0

Today's round went like shit. Kept forcing my shots and was spraying driver, irons and wedges all over the place. After front 9, I got fed up and started taking a more relaxed swing (i.e. my bochup swing) and started hitting them much better. This is why I want to get the impactstik -- tempo and balance. Can't force a swing using the impactstik

That one has been reserved for me. But it has TXXXX serial and + to prove it is COR tested

if there's no serial number on a Titleist club, it's either tour-issued or China fake. That's why I only buy my stuff from people I trust
