| Ordered from Osaka based vivo golf Japan through their local branch. Customised and fitted by their craftman Masaru-san. Because of my special order to Miura factory for a 60* lop wedge ( normal loft is 53* and 58*), all in all it takes about a month from order to delivery. Good thing is, their craftman will be here every quarter to check and make adjustment if necessary. | |

| Subject: Warning, another lovey dovey blade post Thu Dec 01, 2011 8:54 pm | |
| Today, par 5, found 2nd my shot blocked by a tree. To get back on the fairway, had to bend it precisely around the trunk, while avoiding more tree to the right. Small window. So, using D plane, set up for a draw with the 7 iron. Swing with normal tempo. The shot bent like Beckham, cleared the tree trunk, and curled right through the narrow window back on the fairway, 100m marker, for a straightforward GIR. Almost curled it all the way to the left rough.
I have never been more pleased w the small blades, nor more impressed with Dr Jorgensen. With my previous semi GI irons, which was designed to go straight, it would have been tougher to pull off this draw so precisely. And without D Plane, I would have just hooked it straight at the tree trunk using old ball flight laws.

| see, for the pros no matter what the club the result is always the same. If it's me, I just set up pitch 3/3 then try to sky the ball with 60 degree in hope it will shoot over the tree, or lay up and then pitch close.
That's decided then both of Andrewgolf and Lee will have to give me 7-7 to compensate me on my handicap for not being to shape my shot.

Yes, I can also do it with my MP52. But more difficult because I must overcome its tendency to want to go straight, and I have less feedback on the contact on impact. With blades, minimal offset, more feedback, what you feel is what you get. Also, having never owned Nike blades, I therefore can't say I love Nike blades for their workability. But since Tiger plays it, it must be quite something I'm sure.

Bro, I was right under the tree, tree trunk was about 2-3 steps away, how to lob over the tree? Pitch left, still blocked by more trees, pitch right, safe shot, but borrow fairway to the max already, and can't reach the green from there without a super lob over trees onto a blind green.
