When my vitamin M is enough, maybe I will try.
Have your try the latest Muira with KBS C-Taper shaft with the unique grips ? No problem bro. It's not the first time people have mistaken my enthusiasm as hiding a personal agenda, so I'm used to it.
As for C-Tapers.... OUCH!!!!! You've hit a sensitive poison-spot! I found out about them only after collecting my PX 6.0s. Since then, I have been itching to get the chance to try. Already calculated the flex that suits me, Stiff+....
They are designed to counter PX, and their claim of 5% 5% 5% improvement is a catchy one.
And shortly thereafter, found out that Project X will release a new version, meant to counter C-Tapers.
Hmm.... now THAT I would be most curious to try as well.
Poison... poison.... I know.. the clubs with the c-taper and the smooth grip is very nice.. but the price tag also very nice...haiz..Anyway Golf & Leisure is selling both at Far East Shopping centre and Isetan..in Singapore..
l Or you could get them online from willy (ebay: pro_stix_2008). Great guy, great service and ships quick.

but seriously, i hope i get to see how he stacks up against the young guns. I guess that means the sponsors were not equipment makers and they are free to choose what to play. SH Kang shot -1 today. Tiger is +1 thru hole 7 so far. Tiger's swing seems to be more settled down, finding many more fairways, not blocking or duck hooking like it did prior... so far...

| Thanks guys and gal for the kind words!
I can't help admiring how well-crafted and elegant the design of the irons are.
As for playing, I should make special mention of the 56 deg Wedge. It works really well for me and feels great.
Looking at getting a hybrid next, and maybe another wedge... oh dear...

| 8. Clarence I'm updating my items......... Blades with KBS stiff P,5-9 202 with NSPro s P,5-9 Wedge Y51 with DG spinner Wedge C55 with DG spinner Wedge 56 with DG spinner Wedge 52 with KBS Stiff Wedge 58 raw black with DG spinner Putter KM006 Miura Giken hybrid HB3 Miura Giken hybrid HB4 Putter LE KM350 black
FR for blades - the blades with KBS is great! . At first, i top a few times, left & right too. But after i hit afew more balls & getting more confidence of it. The balls fly straight & the distance is just nice. Wow....I'm so surprised that these blades are so easy to play with compare to my CB202 (tested at range only, hahaha) Don't know how is it at green. Believe me, no worry to these blades..... Try them and you will know. Yes,The feeling is soft. (FYI, I'm not any sales person of any Miura. I dont want to have any misunderstanding.)

Anytime someone hits a Miura for the first time, any Miura whatmore the LE small blade, that person will behave like a Miura 'sales person.' That effect has been observed many times, so the members of the M.C.A. understand. Your bag is starting to look like the Miura website catalog page!

| You guys will HATE ME for this, esp if you're on a budget.
Miura is coming up with some new bag designs.
I am under oath on the life of my future golf handicap not to reveal what they look like.
But, take my word for it, they look GOOD.
Aw man.... I am in bag-poison-withdrawal. The agony of the wait.

Cheers, He he he.... You are the first one to notice that. Sharp eyes. That's the set I choose from to play with. Before a game, I will decide which clubs to take out. Usually one of the hybrids and one of the irons. If the course is difficult, I take out two long irons. If the course is ok, I take out 1 hybrid and 1 long iron. Sometimes I take out the 52 degree because the 56 can also hit around 100m. When my swing is finally in tip top condition, I will take out both the hybrids, but that takes some confidence.... I think can... soon... he he. As for the bag pic, as soon as I am allowed to share it, I'll be sure to post it here. Now, back to my hospital ward for anti-poison treatment.

| yeah man! I heard abt the bag too... but no pic until the distributor release them... Juz back from the very first course experience with my LE baby and really nothing much to say... I'm LOVING it... Scoring 108 with no 'add 10 strokes' thingy happened... my green approach shot are much consistent from what they used to be... but the sad thing is, 7 penalty shots incurred due to problematic driver, 3w & hybrid... the shaft are too light for my new found rhythm... the shots are everywhere, i have to slow down to stabilize the club... big holes in pocket soon for another round of fitting... | |
