Protection on Scotty putters

Dear Titleist,

I was wondering if all the Scotty putters were plastic wrap(shrinkwrap) when it was delivered to your retail outlets? I wanted to buy a California putter from your retail stores but after having a closer look I realise that the piece that I wanted have a scratch mark on the putter face. I ask the shop if he have another piece but to no avail, that was the only piece and model, I was told to wait for another batch of new order. And also the authentic sticker which is on the shaft somewhere near the grip was like being peeled off and paste again. It will be great if the putter face could be shrinkwrap during delivery or suggest your retail stores to shrinkwrap it to prevent scratches while on display.
