| One tip that I can share is that I got cushions for my office chair's armrest (esp fpr right elbow) - cos i realised that i was putting too much pressure on the elbow when using the mouse. it's gotten better now so i guess it works.
also, reducing range practice frequency helped a bit too (since club impact against a hard mat can be quite damaging)..

| TObe, it's just R&R, rest and remedy that'll do it. Golfjoy only believes in the remedy and more remedy part. And so her search for that miracle cure will continue..... This post of hers is part 2, the sequels will continue for sure.... look out for the next pain filled instalment. | |
