I don't care if anybody care ... I've got tennis elbow

One tip that I can share is that I got cushions for my office chair's armrest (esp fpr right elbow) - cos i realised that i was putting too much pressure on the elbow when using the mouse. it's gotten better now so i guess it works.

also, reducing range practice frequency helped a bit too (since club impact against a hard mat can be quite damaging)..

BB, your reply is absolutely sarcastic but on second thought, not exactly useless. it's very true that not practising or playing at all for an extended period can help.

same for back pains - as advised by my chiropractor.

TObe, it's just R&R, rest and remedy that'll do it.

Golfjoy only believes in the remedy and more remedy part.

And so her search for that miracle cure will continue.....
