| http://www.golfwrx.com/134765/elbow-and-wrist-pain-how-to-get-rid-of-it/ Recently came across this article and was wondering what is the difference between chiropractic services and TCM. I am currently plagued by thigh/knee pain that is hampering my golf game and practices. Have seen a couple of TCM and it does make it better, just wondering if chiropractor can be more effective? Any GRians that has experiences to share? | |

| Chiropractor doesn't help I went around July first all, the lady at the counter would want you to sign a pack say 24 times plus sport massage 24 times @$4999.00!!
I straight away say no to this large sum of money spend without assurance of a cure Neck ache (pain in the Neck) so I sign a minimum 6 times $300.00 pack.
Each time I went to visit the Chiropractor spend 10 minutes and say Ok! you can go home now. After the 6 visits back to square One. No Cure.
Don't waste your money on Chiropractor

| Sprained both my ankles couple of times each side...
Had a tennis elbow on the right hand..
All cured by TCM Chinese sinsei.. Lotsa pain during treatment but worked wonder.. Cheap and effective..
But then again... You gotta get the good one. There are many who may not produce the right results.. And the best result is to see the sinsei immediately...

| I'll suggest going to the Chiropractor.
The one I go to has helped me with my slipped disc problems and an old wrist injury I had.
I recommended my friend's 80 plus year old granny and it has helped her tremendously too.
However you should avoid those chiropractor chains. They usually charge an exorbitant sum and send you from unnecessary X-rays.

| Chiropractor correct found the problem with my injury. TCM missed that even a couple of sessions. Had successful treatment from TCM before althought different place. Nevertheless, i think it is more the practictioner that makes the difference. | |

| acupuncture always painful, initially... once your body recover or get used to it... you will see big improvement to your health. As usual... tcm is taking time to shown effect but it last long.
both treatment have their pro and cons. I would say if you have enough resources (money and time) go for both. Chiropractic able to pin point and help on the problem area, with good tcm which normally treat underlying problem.

I go to Discover Chiropractor in Tras St. Look for Dr Nelson Lim. He just solved my dad's rotator cuff injury recently.
