Golf is a physically demanding, mentally challenging sport that requires technical precision. Just like any other sport, golf has its own set of peculiar pitfalls that can cause injury. This forum addresses the physical problems that can be brought about by a round of golf and discusses how these injuries can be treated and managed. Registration Fee: $5.00

At times, our body can get weaker and stiffer as we age. This affects performance and may causes injuries. Specific golf rehabilitation and conditioning exercises can help to alleviate the aches and pains, and prolong pain-free golf on the course.
10.30am Understanding The Roots of Swing Mechanic For Long Term Injury Prevention Mr Lip Ooi PGA Golf Professional / Consultant Getting fit for golf alone does not prevent injury as the source of the injury commonly results from poor swing mechanics. Every golf swing is unique. Without a good understanding of how swing biomechanics works, a poor swing repetitions will definitely wear your body out. A golfer needs to combine a golf specific fitness programme with a simple and efficient swing technique to prolong an injury-free golfing lifespan, crucial for a long-term enjoyment of the game.

We have monthly games and hope to see you. More specifically there is a Dec'10 game coming up which I heard thru someone who heard who in turn heard fm someone who tot he heard...tat it mite be really special.
