My Wish to golf with every Bro/Sis in this Forum

I was fiddling and thinking about nothing and this thought just came out of the blue and therefore the big ridiculous plan.

I wish one day I have the opportunity to golf with each and every brother and sisters in this forum and wonder how long will it take to complete the cycle. At the moment, there are 8277 users.

To form a flight, assuming I golf with 3 different bros/sis each week, I would require 2759 rounds to complete my mission. So the following are the calculations.

8277 users divide by 3 users = 2759 rounds
2759 rounds (week) divide by 52 weeks/year = 53 years

OMG! I need 53 years to complete the cycle. I would long be gone from this mortal world by then.

Okay, to hasten things up a bit, let's say I golf twice a week with 3 different bros/sis, I would still require 26.5 years to complete the cycle. Would that be possible? That means I would be around 85 by the time complete the cycle, and that, assuming I am still physically fit to swing a club.

Bro, you are right. Play 9 holes can cut down the time by half. That means 13 years, if I play twice a week. So by then I should be 71 or 72.

ANN lah - I very ann one. That's why want to give up golf but always ask if got slot call me. So far, nobody want to jio me. Maybe I am too old for the many youngster here because I might slow them down. But you will be surprised.

ONLY the good die young. - If this saying is true, my day might be up. I don't do harm to people, intentionally, and still have to die young. But I am no longer young, so technically, I am "pai lang". And pai lang get to play unlimited golf, courtesy of wife.

Dont forget some of this so call registered ppl have double identity, - Never mind these people. I can live with them. I have more identities than them and have be known as Ah Lek, Fred, Freddy, Ah Huat, Panjang (Don't know why), Pang, Puan, Phua, Lao eh, etc...

Some are sales ppl that watches over wat is new, - Sales people are also people and can be golfers too. In this forum, there are only golfers.

Some dont want to play with U and there are some that U chose not. - Welllll, You are one of those who don't want to play with me. I know. Invited since last Christmas and still waiting for it to happen. And, no, I don't have people that I know of here that I don't want to play with. I am easy with anyone if they don't find me a bother.

SO IF THOSE RESPONDED, GO ENJOY - So far, nobody jio yet. But it's ok. I have my regular Sat (alternate) & Sun morning games and am looking forward to it whenever Thursday is here. And OMG, that's today.

So far, I played with about 10 bros and 1 sis here. Will not name them and have to ask their permission lest I embarrass them and myself.

Anyway, my mission is just a fleeting and fantasy thought. I know it will never happen. There are some who prefer to golf with their own kakis. I have asked to join when they jio in the forum some time back. And I am one of the earliest to respond within an hour (I think) so I can know more people (No, I am not in Sales, so don't worry). But after a few days, that person told me that it's full. I guess they have their preferred kakis. If this is the case, he should not have jio people in the forum and should simply pm his preferred kakis. But this is life.

When I last played at JGCC, I have to rent a pair of pants from the club for Rm10 because of the side pocket. All my golfing pants have side pockets. Looks like I have to wear my working pants on that day. But they have allowed bermudas, without the side pockets. That's the last I know of. I wonder why the ban on side pockets.

I fondly remember hearing the donkey bleating as we play Hole 3 and 4. Guess it's no longer there ever since the passing of the current Sultan's father.

Shorts are allowed now. However, no side pockets.

I think the donkey died a long time ago as I have never heard it since I joined the club.

On the contrary, I think the present Sultan closed the mini zoo owned by his father. The animals were donated elsewhere, from what I heard. He also requested for the name Royal to be removed from the club and don't want to be associated with it as he is not a golfer like his father.
